Chinese Chili Paste
Time 10 min Ingredients Red chilies 7-8 Green chilies 2-3 Lemongrass 1/2 cup Chopped onion 1/2 cup Chopped garlic 2 tbsp Salt to taste Method Soak red chilies in little water for 20 min. Then microwave it on high power for 1 min. Then blend all ingredients in blender.
