Masala Kaju

Time 10 min
Cashew nuts / Kaju 1/2 cup
Ghee for frying
Salt to taste

Fry cashew nuts / Kaju till golden brown in colour on low flame. After it is removed from frying pan keep it on tissue paper to remove excess oil. Sprinkle salt and serve.
