Red Pumpkin Soup / Lal Bhoplyache Soup

Time 10 min.
Red pumpkin grated 1 cup
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Water 2 tbsp

In pressure cooker cook grated pumpkin for 2 whistles without water. There has to be little water in cooker not in the vessel.
Now blend in blender pepper, salt and 1/2 tsp olive oil. Serve.
