Ingredients
Potatoes 2 medium size
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Peel off potatoes and cut into cubes.
Heat the oil in pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds. After mustard seeds pops out, add chili powder immediately add 1 tsp water so that chili powder will not get burn. Then add potatoes and salt, mix well. Do not add water. Keep stirring till it is done. It will take around 6-7 min.
